Aubergine are delighted to be showcasing some outstanding new Limited Edition Prints by Laura Jordan.
Laura's complex, stimulating yet aesthetically pleasing cityscapes are what has brought her such high acclaim. As an artist she is fascinated with society, in particular the way people interact with spaces.
Laura's prints are created through building a collage of small illustrations in to a sprawling metropolis. Laura then prints onto archival fine art paper and overlays the printed artwork using mixed media including pencil, collage and watercolour. Glow in the dark paint highlights lamp lights and neon signs and foiling picks out elements from London Underground ticket machines to converse shoes.
Here at Aubergine we are thrilled to be showcasing a number of her works: Tower Bridge, Run Riot Run, Scandal in the Background and the truly expansive East to West.
