Working in oils on variously canvas, board and Arches papr, Edwina's work focuses on the beauty of nature both outdoors and within. With her trademark evocative and sensitive brushstrokes, the drama and splendour of the Cornish sky and coastline is captured, kinetic energy nearly bursting from the canvas. With equal skill, the delicate textures and colours of winter roses and blooms are rendered, and the shades and shapes of plantlife around a vivid pond expressed in sweeping strokes of the brush.
